CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

There will be 6 board positions open on the BBMHA Board.  

Interest in a Board seat will need to have a nomination emailed to the Nominating Chair, Dennis Brannen at: EMHAMemberatLarge@gmail.com.

  As per Board nominating procedure, if you are intending to seek a seat on the Board; you will need to be nominated by somebody other than yourself to be placed on the official ballot. The nominee will need to confirm that they are allowing their name to stand. When a nomination is being made, please forward the name of the person being nominated and an email address. The nomination chair will then follow up to verify that the person is willing to have their name stand. Once your name is put forward for a Board seat by contacting the Nominating Chair or in person at the AGM (from the floor), you will be given an opportunity to speak (if desired) to the attendees at the AGM before a vote, should one be necessary. 

Attendence will be recorded to receive $50 per player AGM bond back.
